The finest dessert dish from Italy

The ideal tiramisu is creamy without being mushy. We show you how to make a traditional Italian dessert that is sure to be a hit!

The greatest Tiramisu recipe comes from Italy.

4 servings of ingredients

  • Sugar content: 150 g
  • 6 egg yolks (fresh)
  • Mascarpone cheese, 450 g
  • Amaretto, 2 tbsp.
  • a shot of espresso (150 milliliters)
  • Ladyfingers, 220 g
  • Dusting with cocoa powder

Step-by-step instructions for making tiramisu

  1. For three to four minutes, beat the egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Keep in mind that the eggs must be fresh!
  2. Fold the mascarpone cheese into the sugar-egg mixture now.
  3. Pour the amaretto into the espresso, briefly dip several ladyfingers in it, and place the ladyfingers in the baking dish. Continue until the dish's bottom is completely covered.
  4. Some of the mascarpone mixtures should be spread over the ladyfingers. More ladyfingers are dipped momentarily in the espresso amaretto mixture, then placed on top of the mascarpone cream and covered with mascarpone cream once more.
  5. Refrigerate the tiramisu for three to four hours before serving.
  6. Remove the dessert from the refrigerator just before serving and coat it with chocolate powder.

You might, for example, use cocoa instead of amaretto with espresso. In 10 minutes, plus 4 hours of resting time, you'll be ready to eat.
