What could be better than a delicious liqueur made from the best ingredients in the world: alcohol and your favorite chocolate. Recipes can be found here.
Nobody can refuse a liqueur in honor. And this one certainly can't. Just like grandma used to do with her girls. Only instead of eggnog, we're all about Nutella, Duplo, Raffaello, and children's chocolate liqueur. And they're easy to make yourself when the kids aren't looking.
Nutella liqueur
You'll need:
2 vanilla bean(s)
1 tablespoon coffee powder, instant
0.7 liters of rum, brown, 40%.
400 g Nutella
250 g powdered sugar
400 ml whipped cream
How to make it:
Slit open vanilla beans and scrape out the pulp.
Dissolve coffee powder in 1 tablespoon hot water, mix with rum, vanilla pulp, Nutella, and powdered sugar, preferably in a blender or carefully with a hand mixer.
Refrigerate overnight
The next day, whip the cream until semi-stiff and stir it in
Pour into bottles, close tightly, and refrigerate.
Duplo Liqueur
What you need:
6 pieces of Duplo bars
50 g sugar
350 g milk
150 g cream
140 g vodka
How to make it:
Finely crush Duplo bars in a blender or with a rolling pin.
Then add sugar and 200 g milk and cook for 5 min.
Now add remaining milk (150 g), cream, and vodka and boil again for 3 minutes.
Fill and let it cool down a bit.
Put it in the fridge.
Coffee liqueur
You need:
100 g sugar
1 egg
200 ml milk
200 g cream
1 tsp. vanilla paste
15 pcs. Toffifee
200 ml vodka
How to make:
Mix sugar and egg and heat in a small saucepan, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Add milk, cream, vanilla paste, and Toffifee.
Simmer, stirring, until the toffees have dissolved (about 20 minutes).
Puree everything.
Add vodka.
Pass the liqueur through a sieve and fill it into bottles.
Mozartkugel Liqueur
What you need:
100 g Mozartkugels
90 g sugar
1 egg
300 g milk
200 g cream
150 g vodka
How to make it:
Finely grind the Mozart balls with the sugar in a blender.
Add egg, cream, and milk and heat for 5 min.
Add vodka and heat for 4 min.
Then pour into a screw bottle.
Raffaello liqueur
You will need:
15 Raffaellos
300 ml milk
80 g sugar
200 g cream
100 ml vodka
How to make:
Place Raffaello in a bowl with milk and sugar and blend with a hand blender.
Pour the liquid through a sieve.
Now add cream and vodka and mix briefly.
Fill, ready!
Children's chocolate liqueur
What you need:
200 g chocolate (children's bar)
300 ml milk
200 ml cream
50 g sugar
150 ml vodka, or Bacardi
How to make:
Put the milk and the cream in a pot.
Divide the children's bars and add them.
Add the sugar as well.
Now melt the children's chocolate, but do not bring it to a boil.
Finally, add the vodka or Bacardi.
Fill into bottles and let cool.
