Bake waffles without flour - with only a few ingredients


Big or small, we all love waffles! Unfortunately, flour, one of the main ingredients for waffle batter, is currently in short supply. But that's not a problem, because we show you how to bake waffles without flour!
Waffles without flour: The ingredients
For about 8 waffles you need:

3 eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
75 g fine oat flakes
75 g ground almonds
250 ml vegetable milk (e.g. almond milk)
oil for greasing
Preparation: waffles without flour
Mix the eggs and the sugar in a bowl, then add the oat flakes, the ground almonds,, and the plant milk.
Leave the batter for the waffles without the flour to swell for about 15 minutes. If the consistency is too thick, add a little mineral water.
Heat the waffle iron, grease it with a little vegetable oil and put 2-3 tablespoons of waffle batter in it. Bake the waffles without flour for a few minutes until golden brown.
