AGAINST THE AFTERNOON LOW Quick chocolate cup cake from the microwave

Baking can be so easy: Our chocolate cupcake is ready in just five minutes in the microwave - the ideal snack for in between!
Who does not know it? After lunch, you return to your desk still full of energy from your break, but by 3 p.m. at the latest, fatigue low sets in, calling for a caffeine boost and sugar. Of course, it's important not to let yourself down then, but to ventilate at work and get some exercise. But every now and then, you're allowed to give in to your hunger for something sweet - and this chocolate cupcake is perfect for that. We'll explain how to make it in no time in the microwave.

Ingredients for one cup of chocolate cupcake:
3 tablespoons flour
0,5 tsp baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. nut nougat cream
Chocolate drops
Cup Cake: Five-minute preparation
Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and cocoa powder in a larger cup (about 300 milliliters capacity). Add the milk and the chocolate cream and mix well with the help of a fork.
Place the cup in the microwave for two to two and a half minutes at 600 watts. The duration may vary slightly depending on the device - if the cake is still too soft, you should cook it for another 15 seconds. If you like, sprinkle a few chocolate drops on top halfway through.
Then take it out, let it cool down a bit, and spoon it directly out of the cup.
Tip: Prepare cupcakes in the oven
If you don't have a microwave, you can also bake the Mug Cake in the oven: At 180 °C top/bottom heat or 160 °C convection oven, the chocolate cake is ready after about 15 to 20 minutes. By the way: If you want the mug cake to be vegan, you can also make it with a vegetable drink (e.g. almond milk) and a vegan chocolate cream.

Cupcakes in different variations
Chocolate is too boring for you? Then try this lemon cheesecake in a jar, which scores with a crispy cookie base, a creamy cream cheese layer, and a fresh lemon topping. Our cherry crescents in a cup are baked in the oven and are therefore not quite as fast, but they taste just as stunning and are the star at every children's birthday party!
