VEGAN BROWNIES
  1. Mix the flour and baking powder together, then stir in the sugar and cocoa powder.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath. In the meantime, grease a rectangular baking or baking dish (approx. 20 x 25 cm) and line it with baking paper.
  3. Mix the chocolate, apple sauce, sunflower oil and almond milk with the dry ingredients to create a homogeneous mass. Put the dough for the vegan brownies in the mold and distribute it evenly.
