Pancakes are the epitome of breakfast that we pamper ourselves and our loved ones with. Rike Dittloff shows step by step in the video how the recipe works.

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
2tablespoons of sugar
1 pinch of salt
200 milliliters of milk
200grams of flour
1 tsp baking powder oil (for frying)
PREPARATION
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy, then add the milk and stir in.
- Stir in the salt, flour and baking powder until you get a smooth dough.
- Let the finished dough steep for 15 minutes.
- Brush a coated pan with oil and heat it on medium heat. Use a ladle to add a dollop of dough and bake it over medium-high heat.
- As soon as small bubbles form, turn the pancake over and bake it from the other side until golden brown. Since the pancakes are smaller, you can also cook several in the pan at the same time.
